There are a few reasons why a location would not be appearing in the correct position on the map. To help debug issues and provide solutions, Storepoint has a location debugging tool available on the location edit pages.
Finding the location debug tool
To debug potential location position issues and identify solutions, open the location edit page by searching for the location in the Manage Locations area and clicking on the location. Once on the location edit page, you may click on "Having issues with this location?" in the top right corner of the location page (screenshot below).
If there is an issue with the address being inaccurate or the address having been edited, you will see any potential warnings as well as a solution for correcting the location's position.
